My NFL picks took a big hit in week 2. But in my defense, I think injuries had a lot to do with it. Big name players were getting hurt left and right. And at one point it was happening all at once. You could hear fans and fantasy players screaming at their tv or mobile devices.
In many cases, the injuries cost their team the victory. Unless of course you’re Washington. Robert Griffin III was probably the biggest casualty during Sunday’s injury stampede. But unlike the other teams who lost players, the Redskins woke up, and scored 41 points on poor old Jacksonville. It’s become clear now that Robert Griffin III is injury prone, and I think I know why:
Maybe if he lays off the stuff, he won’t get hurt as much.
Anywho, last week my picks were only good enough for an 8-8 record. Not goos at all. This brings my season total to 19-13. I have my work cut out for me, so here are my week 3 picks:
